Dr. L. Jackson Brown, Associate Executive Director of the American Dental Association opened and ended the second day of the Summit with a presentation on Issues and
Trends in the Dental Workforce and one on Trends in the Dental Team Workforce.

On the 22nd and 23rd the Dental Education Summit was held at TVI's Workforce Training Center. The space was donated by TVI for the purpose of the Summit.




Dr. Frank Ayers, Associate Dean, Creighton University; Dr. Michael Reed, Dean, UMKC;
Dr. Randy Kluender, Associate Dean, Univ. of Colorado; Dr. Jack Long, Associate Dean, Baylor College of Dentistry lead a Panel Discussion on Dental Education.





Demetra Logothetis, RDH , Director, UNM Dental Programs; Paula Spaight, RDH, Director, San Juan College Dental Programs; Dr. Frank Renz, Executive Director, NM Association Community Colleges; Melanie Upshaw, Director TVI Dental Assisting Program led a Panel Discussion on Dental team Education.
